Staff Profiles

MARK FISHPAW, EA

Mark grew up with the family business and has been preparing income taxes for 30 years.  He has a BBA in Accounting from Tiffin University and has lived in the Bucyrus area nearly all his life.   Having passed the Special Enrollment Exam, Mark has been enrolled to practice before the Internal Revenue Service since 2006.  The youngest of four siblings, Mark took over the business from his parents.  Mark is the proud uncle of ten nieces and nephews and four great nephews.  He works in both the Bucyrus and Mansfield offices during tax season.

KIMBERLY YAKOUBIAN

Kimberly has been our Receptionist in the Bucyrus office since September, 2021.  Kimberly earned an Associates’ degree from the American School of Broadcasting.  She has been married to her husband George for over 22 years.  Kimberly is an Attica, Ohio native and continues to live there with her husband and their daughter Brianna.  

AMANDA MOSHER

Amanda joined our staff in the Mansfield office as a receptionist in January, 2025. She has worked as Pharmacy Technician at UH Samaritan. A native of Ashland, Amanda enjoys attending her son’s sporting events. Amanda has been married to her husband Jeremie for 24 years and they live in the Ashland area with their son, Colton and 3 dogs.

JOY JENKINS

Joy began her career at Fishpaw Tax Service, January 2024 as a Tax Consultant. Joy has Bachelors’ degree in Financial Management from Franklin University. She also has an Associates’ degree in Business Management from North Central State College. Joy has worked in insurance and investments in the past. Joy has been preparing taxes for several years. She lives in Willard with her fiancé Jordan aka “Smitty” and her daughter, Kynzy, 2 dogs and a bearded dragon.
